Amber Hall is new construction of 85 units of permanent supportive housing in the East Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx.

All apartments are studios for single adults living with special needs.

Amber Hall has an on-site supportive services program that assists tenants to achieve their highest level of independence and self-sufficiency.  Program goals focus on health and wellness, housing retention, and economic, social and psychological stability.

Social Workers and Counselors provide:

  • Case management

  • Counseling
  • Facilitated groups

  • Community referrals

  • Recreation & Social Activities

Community Lantern Corp., the social service affiliate of The Lantern Organization, provides the supportive services for all tenants.

Amber Hall is within walking distance of public transportation, schools, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, and hospitals and clinics.
