IN OPERATION
	Amber Hall is new construction of 85 units of permanent supportive housing in the East Morrisania neighborhood of the Bronx.

	Schafer Hall is new construction of 91 units of permanent supportive housing in the East Harlem community of Manhattan.

	Clover Hall is new construction of 72 units of permanent supportive housing in the Bedford-Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn.

	Audubon Hall is new construction of 70 units of permanent supportive housing in the Washington Heights neighborhood of Manhattan.

	Leeward Hall is new construction of 15 units of permanent supportive housing in the Mott Haven section of the South Bronx.

	Silverleaf Hall is a new construction, 118-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the East Tremont community of the Bronx.

	Huntersmoon is the acquisition and conversion of a 144-unit commercial SRO into a 136-unit permanent supportive housing and congregate service building.

	Jasper Hall is a new construction, 53-unit development of permanent supportive housing. It is located in the Melrose section of the Bronx.

	Cedars/Fox Hall is a new construction, 95-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Longwood section of the Bronx.

OCCUPIED RENOVATIONS
	St Louis Hall is the acquisition and conversion of a 150-unit commercial SRO into a 141-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Upper West Side of Manhattan.

	Bilander I & II are a rehabilitation project of two five-story brick SRO buildings that will provide 77-units of affordable and permanent supportive housing.

IN DEVELOPMENT
	Vicintas Hall is a new construction project of 68 units of affordable and supportive housing. It is located in the East Tremont section of the Bronx.

IN PRE-DEVELOPMENT
	Lindenguild Hall is a new construction, 97-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Crotona Park neighborhood of the Bronx.

	Hunterfly Trace is a new construction, 63-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Ocean Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

	East Harlem Veterans Initiative is currently planned as a new construction, 91-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in East Harlem of Manhattan.
