Hunterfly Trace

Hunterfly Trace is new construction of 63 units of affordable and supportive housing located in the Ocean Hill neighborhood of Brooklyn.

The project will provide housing and services for single adults living with special needs.  55 units are for homeless single adults living with special needs, and 7 units are for single adults from the community.

Hunterfly Trace will have an on-site social services program for all tenants. Program goals focus on housing retention and economic, social, psychological, and health stability.

Social Workers and Case Management Staff provide the following services:

  • Case management
  • Community referrals
  • Employment and Educational Assistance
  • Recreation & Social Activities

Community Lantern Corp., a social service affiliate of Lantern Organization, provides the services for all tenants.
