Huntersmoon is the acquisition and conversion of a 144-unit commercial SRO into a 136-unit SRO. It is located in the Upper-West Side of Manhattan

Huntersmoon Hall is a mixed population housing development with a supportive housing component. The population includes long-term permanent tenants, community residents and people with special needs.

Huntersmoon Hall has an on-site social services program that provides supportive services for all tenants. Program goals focus on housing retention and economic, social, psychological, and health stability.

Social Workers and Case Management Staff provide the following services:

  • Counseling

  • Case management

  • Facilitated groups

  • Community referrals

Fountain House is partnering with Community Lantern Corp. in providing the on-site social services.
