Jasper Hall is a new construction, 53-unit development for supportive housing. It is located in the Melrose section of The Bronx.

31 of the units are for families with special needs; 22 units are for young adults who have aged out of foster care and also have special needs.  

Jasper Hall will have an on-site social services program for all tenants. Program goals focus on housing retention and economic, social, psychological, and health stability.

Social Workers and Case Management Staff provide the following services:

  • Counseling

  • Case management

  • Facilitated groups

  • Community referrals
  • Employment and Education Assistance

Community Lantern Corp., a social service affiliate of Lantern Organization, provides the services for all tenants.

Jasper Hall is within walking distance of commercial establishments and convenience stores, public transportation, schools, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, and hospitals and clinics.
