Lindenguild Hall is the proposed new construction of a 97-unit development of affordable and permanent supportive housing in the Crotona Park Section of the Bronx.

68 two-bedroom apartments are reserved for low-income families. The remaining 29 one bedroom and studio apartments will provide housing for very low-income single adults and families.

Lindenguild Hall will have an on-site social services program for all tenants. Program goals will focus on housing retention and economic, social, psychological, and health stability.

Social Workers and Counselors provide:

  • Case management
  • Facilitated groups

  • Community referrals
  • Support for families and children
  • Employment & Educational Assistance

Community Lantern Corp., the social service affiliate of Lantern Organization, provides the supportive services for all tenants.
