Bilander Hall, located in Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood, is an extensive rehabilitation and conversion of a five story brick SRO building, with 38 units into 34 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless and low-income single adults earning less than 60% of the area median income. Bilander Hall offers supportive service offices and meeting spaces in its basement and a backyard garden.
