Light Hall, located in Manhattan's Upper West Side neighborhood, is an extensive rehabilitation and conversion of a five story brick SRO building. It will provide 43 units of permanent supportive housing for homeless and low-income single adults earning less than 60% of the area median income. Light Hall will offer supportive service offices and meeting spaces at its basement, along with an entry onto the outdoor backyard garden.
