Silverleaf Hall is new construction of 118 units of affordable housing in the East Tremont community of the Bronx. 

82 apartments for low-income families and single adults; 35 apartments are a supportive housing component for families leaving the NYC shelter system.

Silverleaf Hall has an on-site supportive services program for the formerly homeless families, but services are provided for any tenants seeking assistance. Program goals focus on housing retention, and economic, social, psychological, and family stability.

Social Workers and Counselors provide:

  • Counseling
  • Employment Assistance
  • Children’s Programming
  • Facilitated Support Groups
  • Community referrals

Community Lantern Corp., the social service affiliate of Lantern Organization, provides the supportive services for tenants.

Silverleaf Hall is conveniently located within walking distance or public transportation access to commercial establishments and convenience stores, schools, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, and hospitals and clinics.
