St. Louis Hall

St. Louis Hall is an extensive rehabilitation and transformation of a six-story brick commercial SRO from 149 small SRO rooms to 141 units including 52 self-contained studios and 88 SRO units clustered in suites of 5-6 rooms, located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side.

This mixed model building includes; 52 apartment for permanent tenants; 60 apartments for single adults with special needs; 28 apartments for housing needy single working adults.

St. Louis Hall will have an on-site social services program that for all tenants. Program goals focus on housing retention and economic, social, psychological, and health stability.

Social Workers and Case Management Staff provide the following services:

  • Counseling

  • Case management

  • Facilitated groups

  • Community referrals

Fountain House is partnering with Community Lantern Corp. in providing the on-site social services.

St. Louis Hall is within walking distance of commercial establishments and convenience stores, public transportation, schools, parks and playgrounds, community facilities, and hospitals and clinics.
